woaah, yeahhh/ 3:52 PM

KICKSTART MY HEARTTT. that was the one motley crue song i was really excited to hear live, and they opened the show with it. figures. but, either way..they were a fun time. the venue was in the middle of the desert/mountains, as is every amphitheatre around here..it seems. we sat in the parking lot and got dusty while we drank a few, then walked in during papa roach's set.

the people there were insane. they had two bonfires going in the middle of the lawn and people were going nuts running around it. some middle aged man decided to get completely naked and dance around. other people took off their shirts and lit them on fire, started spinning in circles and whipping them around like torches. it was a scene that i would imagine either hell or a lynching to look like.

and yesterday, gosh..was so wonderful..

the four of us went to go see "stepbrothers'' at the academy. i love movies at the academy because they are free. it's pretty much a screening for academy members so they can 'consider' them for a nommination. and even though some members aren't voting members, it's just a perk. i, however, am not in the academy..nor are my friends, we just know how to beat the system. all in all, stepbrothers made me laugh a lot. will ferell hasn't done that for me in a while.

after that, we went right to the warner bro's lot to attend the bob saget roast. we got there and went to stand in line to go in. in line, we watched the pam anderson roast and drank free beers.

once they let us in, they sat all the audience on the bleachers. well, we were not okay with that, as there were tables all in the middle of the event full of celebrities, comedy central employees and just industry people in general. we ended up getting some guy to let us sit at one of the tables. THANK GOD, because while we watched everyone on the bleachers struggle to see, we enjoyed pitchers of free beer, wine, and snacks. the comedian's were decent, but maybe that was the beer talking..it airs august 17th, i believe. they filmed us a few times laughing..like at the academy awards when they close up on people in the seats. guy just stood there with a camera, two feet away...awkward. i doubt that'll get put in the actual show though. we shall see.

after the show, we went down to the front tables to see if we could meet the full house cast, because everyone was sort of mingling up there. we ended up getting photos with jodie sweetin, lori loughlin, dave coulier, jeffery ross and jon lovitz..but sadly, no bob saget or john stamos.

seriously though, i never in my life thought i would get to stand next to half the cast of that show, among others. so incredible..i am beyond excited about it.

tonight, we may do metal skool but..i can't be sure, because i am tired as eff. and a bit broke.

WORK NEEDS TO BE OVERR.
